Care, Maintenance & Warranties

Here, creativity meets opportunity. Whatever you're building, we're here to help you take the first step with confidence. Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.

    1. Pay attention to furniture's placement, do not approach fire sources or damp walls, and should be placed in well-ventilated and relatively dry places to prevent material from being moldy and coming unglued. Avoid direct sunlight, prevent material deformation, cracking, paint bursting, blistering, and fading.

    2. Furniture should be placed steadily. Heavy objects should be placed at the bottom of the furniture, and cabinet doors and drawers should not be opened or pulled out simultaneously to prevent the furniture from tipping over due to an unstable center of gravity.

    3. The items stored inside the furniture should not exceed the closed position of the door to prevent the door surface from protruding and deforming.

    4. When moving furniture, remove items from the cabinet and seal the doors and drawers tightly to prevent furniture from tilting and components from slipping and injuring people.

    5. Remind children not to play close to furniture sharp corners or moving parts to avoid accidental injury. Children are strictly prohibited from standing on furniture with wheels.

    6. Keep the furniture unoccupied for 30 to 40 days before use, and maintain proper air circulation to eliminate residual odors in the surface coating materials of the furniture. Keep indoor ventilation and dryness.

    7. Try to avoid exposure to sunlight or for extended periods of time.

    8. In winter, it is best to place furniture at a distance of about 1 meter from the heating source to avoid prolonged high-temperature baking of furniture, which may cause partial cracking, warping deformation, and paint film deterioration of wooden parts.

    9. Do not place items that are too hot or too cold directly on the surface of furniture (adding a cushion if needed), and do not hit hard objects. Avoid hitting glass.

  • Care of Fabric:

    • It is recommended that users wash the fabric with water (hand wash and machine wash) instead of dry cleaning. The reason is that furniture fabric products generally have a large surface area, and dry cleaning can have areas that cannot be cleaned thoroughly. Chemical dry cleaning can affect the properties of the fabric and damage the fabric (with stains or fading). The machine washing time should not be too long. The level of the dehydrator should not be too high because soaking in water for too long can affect the fabric, and vigorous stirring can damage the product. Do not wash or soak with water above 30 degrees Celsius to avoid damaging the fabric properties because high water temperature can damage the properties of the fabric, leading to increased water retention and fading, etc.

    Care of Leather:

    • If there is any stain on the leather, put a proper amount of neutral soap into warm water and stir it into a foam shape. Wipe the leather gently with a cotton cloth or towel and then clean the soapy water with a clean towel. If you accidentally draw on the leather, you can gently wipe it with a soft rubber several times within the effective time, then use the above method to remove the residue. Do not use strong decontamination products (such as decontamination powder, alcohol, chemical solvents, turpentine shoe oil and other improper solutions). Do not rub the leather too hard. Care should be taken.

    • Leather furniture should not be placed near heaters nor radiators, usual- y ensuring a minimum distance of 100-200mm from the heaters and radiators. Avoid direct sunlight, as it may cause the leather to dry, crack, and fade. Use a specialized leather protective cream 2-4 times a year to clean the leather to keep ti soft and shiny. Do not use sharp objects. Do not vigorously shake the headboard, and maintain indoor air circulation and dryness.

    • Do not immerse the fabric in water for a long time (no more than 3 hours at most). Prolonged soaking time can damage the properties, leading to increased shrinkage, fading, deformation, etc. After washing, do not expose it to the sun (referring to the product being washed and directly dried in the sun) or dry it with fire. The product should be hung in a cool place to dry after it is half dry under the sun, Iron it if necessary after drying. Avoid direct sunlight, otherwise it may cause fading.

    • Do not use sharp objects to scratch, maintain indoor air circulation and dryness.

    Care of Wooden Furniture:

    • Furniture should not be placed in areas with high temperature, humidity, intense vibration, and strong light. The room should be kept ventilated and cool. When cleaning furniture, you should first use flexible tools such as a feather duster to clean the dust, and then gently wipe with a soft cloth to avoid hard or sharp objects colliding with the furniture. Do not hit the surface of glass or metal accessories. Furniture metal accessories only need to be gently wiped with a dry towel. Disinfectants containing chemicals should not be used, and do not use acidic liquids for cleaning. If there are black stains on the surface of metal ornaments that are difficult to remove, kerosene can be used to wipe and clean the furniture regularly. If looseness is found, the furniture should be strengthened in a timely manner. The board furniture can be cleaned with a towel dipped in a small amount of water or an appropriate amount of cleaning agent. Wood-based panel furniture can be regularly maintained with furniture care wax. Keep clean inside the cabinet. If there are warps and delaminations on the edges, a thin cloth can be covered on it and then iron the surface. If there are scratches, the same color paint can be used for color compensation. If the product is misaligned, malfunction- ing, or damaged due to self disassembly or assembly, the specialized store should be notified in a timely manner to assist in handling it.

    Care of Stone:

    • Marble is a porous material, so it is easy to stain. When cleaning, the water used should be wiped regularly with a slightly damp cloth with a mild detergent, and then wiped dry and polished with a clean soft cloth. Seriously worn marble furniture is difficult to deal with. It can be wiped with steel wool and then polished with an electric polishing machine to restore its luster. Alternatively, carefully wipe with liquid deter- gent and use lemon juice or vinegar to clean the stains, but the time the lemon stays on top should not exceed 1-2 minutes. If necessary, repeat the method and then clean and dry. For minor abrasions, specialised marble cleaners and furniture care agents can be used.
